This plan is built for people who want consistent support, personalized updates, and accountability. After our 30-minute consultation, I’ll create a custom workout and nutrition plan tailored to you — and I’ll update it weekly based on your check-ins and progress.

You’ll also have access to me via WhatsApp, along with 4 monthly Zoom sessions you can use to ask questions, get clarity, or dive deeper into your fitness journey.

📌 A 3-month minimum commitment is required so I can monitor your progress properly and make changes that actually lead to results.
